About Our Units

We have a variety of clean, comfortable and affordable 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units / cottages available.

All units have:

  • Full equipped kitchens with big refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishes, cookware.
  • Bathrooms with showers or tubs.
  • Colour T.V. with remote control.
  • Internet connection upon request.
  • Ceiling fan.
  • Gas BBQ.
  • Picnic table & chairs.
  • Air conditioning available for extra pay.

WE PROVIDE:

  • Comforters and pillows for all beds. For weekly guests we provide beds linen at your request
  • All beddings is provided for daily and weekends guests
  • Kitchens stocked with glasses, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, tea pot, and kettle.
  • Barbeque utensils and, propane for your BBQ

To help you get settled in smoothly, we include a tea towel and dishcloth, bathmat, salt & pepper, dish detergent, powdered cleanser, and one courtesy roll each of toilet paper and paper towel.

YOU BRING:

  • Your food and beverages
  • Bed and bath linens (if is required)
  • Beach towels, paper products, shampoo and other personal items
  • Garbage bags
  • Baby items (crib, playpen, high chair, etc.)

FIRE PIT:

Once each week, weather permitting, we get a fire going around dusk.

RATES:

  • The rate is based on a maximum of 2 people per bed, size of cottage, upgrade
  • Parking for 1 car per unit is included.
  • All rates are current but are subject to change without notice.
  • All rates subject to taxes (13% HST).
  • Higher rates apply for long weekend & special events
  • Please enquire regarding check in and check out for weekend, daily rent, and linen supply
  • Check in: Weekly rentals - Saturday at 3 p.m
  • Check out: Weekly rentals - Saturday at 10:00 a.m
  • Discount for repetitive customer.
  • 20% discount for Valentine day, Easter, Christmas
  • Pets are welcome in off-season

DEPOSIT:

  • $200.00 deposit for all weekly rent is required. All reservation could be made cash, check (if bounced check a fee of $30 applies), credit or visa card.
  • Please inquire regarding deposit for daily, weekends, long weekends, Proms and special events booking.
  • No refund within 45 days of booked date. Prior to that 50% admin fee will applied.
  • If there is a notification of cancellation (written or e-mail) 45 days prior to start of rental, a credit voucher will be issue for deposit amount paid, minus $50 administration fee. The voucher will be valid one year from date of cancellation.
  • The deposit for long weekend reservation must be made cash or visa card.
  • For long weekends or Proms minimum stay required and no cancellations or refunds.
